As many may know, I greatly enjoy the slice-of-life genre of manga. What I've always wanted to do is create my own type of the thing I love.

At the same time, I would like to both deconstruct the genre while subverting expectations and simultaneously creating the very thing I enjoy.

From the start, I expect it to be terrifying to people who don't like anything anime/manga related, but I like to think that it will only seem that way on the surface, and secretly hide a funny, endearing story about family and friends.

What's more, I hope to keep this story lighthearted and funny at all times. Life is already serious enough, so I want to invite you along on the fun train.

Since the comic is only once a week for now, I am going to try to make future comics denser than what you see here. This one is fairly slight, so I've attempted to make it up to you with a cover page. Also, the art style will change drastically as I find my new voice in this style.
